Our Croissants are all hand made at The Flour House.
We use Belgian butter because it gives a beautifully flakey pastry, but also a sweet caramelised flavour.
We normally take them out of the oven at 7:30 am, so if you want to surprise your family with fresh warm croissants in the morning, pop in early to see us.
